About Böhlerleben

BPD is working on the development of the Böhlerleben district, one of the largest new housing projects in the Düsseldorf region. Situated on the border between Düsseldorf and Meerbusch, this modern urban district will combine housing and living and working environments with clean architectural lines, a primary school and day nursery, restaurants, shops, offices and businesses. Böhlerleben will be carbon-neutral, will adopt a sustainable mobility concept, and have high-quality public spaces featuring lots of greenery. Completion is planned from 2027/2028 onwards.
