About Kwartier Werk

Kwartier Werk in Cologne comprises eight different ‘houses’ within eight characteristic edifices: inside are 113 dwellings (from one to six rooms), along with seven spacious two-storey town houses. The eight residential blocks surround a lavish green courtyard, which serves as a link between the different buildings. A large walnut tree in the garden will provide shade and a sense of security. Residents will be able to store toys and garden furniture in storage boxes in the courtyard. Completion is scheduled for 2022.
