About Park070

An urban transformation is taking place on the former Statistics Netherlands (CBS) office site in Voorburg. Park070, a sustainable residential area, is being built between Park 't Loo and the centre of The Hague. More than 95% of the office building will be reused in the neighbourhood or will be given a new life elsewhere. Concrete columns, for example, are being used to create an exterior staircase. Sustainability is a ubiquitous aspect of the project. Park070 is pedestrianised, with all storage areas and parking spaces located underground. Here, shared cars and bikes can be found too. Park070 comprises approximately 230 houses and apartments set around green courtyards. A total of 55 of these are affordable, mid-price rental homes created through BPD Woningfonds.
