About Brühler Freiheit

South of Cologne and northwest of Bonn, BPD is developing a new quarter for 75 families in Brühl. It is located directly on the city railway between Cologne and Bonn and is ideally connected to public transport. The houses of "Brühler Freiheit" were designed in different variants, sizes and facades: as detached family houses, terraced houses or semi-detached houses. All homes were individually designed by the architects for this neighborhood and have a cellar, a terrace and a spacious garden. The complex on the 36,000 square meter development site will be designed in a loosened-up manner through gradations in the terrain and will feature trees along the paths and a central children's playground. Completion is planned for 2022.
