Alianne de Jong appointed as new CFRO of BPD Europe BV
Alianne de Jong (48) will join the managing board of BPD Europe BV as Chief Financial & Risk Officer (CFRO) on 1 December at the latest. Alianne de Jong has been working as CFO at the listed NSI (formerly Nieuwe Steen Investments) since 2017. Before that, she worked for more than twelve years at Schiphol Real Estate, was a member of the management team and had final responsibility for Portfolio Management. Alianne de Jong succeeds Carl-Jan Kreikamp who recently left BPD after more than thirty years of service.
Walter de Boer, CEO of BPD Europe, explains: 'With the arrival of Alianne, we have secured a highly experienced senior financial real estate professional with deep experience in various real estate companies, where she has had final responsibility for areas such as accounting, treasury, investor relations, risk management, ICT, project development and taxation. With the arrival of Alianne later this year, our managing board is once again complete and at full strength. With the ever-increasing complexity of area developments and the associated land development and financing in the Netherlands and Germany and the strong call to develop large-scale housing locations and more sustainable and affordable homes, her experience is very welcome.'
