About ParkViertel

In Wiemelhausen, a popular district of Bochum, BPD is developing a holistic quarter on a site of almost 18,000 square meters that combines living, working and nature. The future ParkViertel will feature environmentally friendly rainwater management, a modern energy concept and extensive green roofs. The concept will be rounded off by nature-oriented outdoor facilities, traffic-calmed neighborhood access and a mobility concept with e-charging stations as well as car and bike sharing services.
